I will never recommend this hotel or company to anyone....
I Unexpectedly rushed to the hospital and unable to call until the day after i was meant to check in. I would understand if it was not a serious situation, i wouldn't expect a full refund then. But i explained to them over the phone when i was able to call them and tell them about the situation and the person i spoke to was happy to give me a full refund. Then to get an email saying I was not getting a full refund was just pathetic. Don't promise one thing and do the complete opposite. No compassion from these guys at all.

We stayed here November 2015 i  recommend it highly great staff great service and very quiet ( i am a very light sleeper ) comfortable rooms with a sea view  easy walk or drive to dining, water park, shopping i will definitely stay here next trip, thank you for a very comfortable stay.

Stayed here with my husband and 8 month old son for 2 nights and we could not have loved it anymore the people were so lovely and accommodating. The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

We were fairly happy that we chose to stay here over other places in Hervey Bay. There was some milk and juice in the fridge upon arrival which was a nice bonus. Only disappointing aspect was the wi-fi. Which only worked when seated outside of the apartment. Otherwise a nice relaxing stay and plenty of good features in the apartment.
