We serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily from 6.30-9:00 weekdays and 7:00-10:00 on weekends for $11.90
Our Bistro offers affordable lunches starting at $10 for seniors & dinner from $16.00, which includes the salad & veg bar also.
Our public bar offers many big screens to catch all the racing and sporting action 7 days a week.

Good morrow unto all who may read this humble account of The Kondari Hotel.nnI did recently order a Chicken Parmigiana and the esteemed K’gari Prawn Pizza by way of takeaway, and though I departed with mine meal rather than dined within, the quality suffered not in the slightest.nnThe pizza, hand-stretched by skilled hands, did far surpass mine expectations, bearing both excellent flavour and fine texture. The Chicken Parmigiana likewise was most splendid, accompanied by plentiful mash’d potatoes and vegetables of delightful savour.nnThe venue itself was superb, and though I had warned my companion of what I presumed would be a lengthy delay, the meals arrived with admirable haste, allowing us to continue onward without undue waiting.nnI shall most assuredly return unto this fine establishment again.
We had a fabulous lunch here on Sunday. From the smiling friendly greeting to the meal it was outstanding. We had a grilled barra and the pork ribs and they were both superb. Easily the best pub experience in the bay at the moment. If the sun is out the beer garden overlooking the lake is the go. Download the pub + app to get points.
We’ve just finished dinner here and I have to commend the chef. Our meals were delicious. We had lambs fry and grilled barramundi - both cooked to perfection.nnThen to top it off we shared the mixed berry crumble. It’s the nicest crumble we’ve had that we’re can remember.nnWell done Chef
Great place to stay when in the Bay. Refurbished rooms & bistro by a gorgeous lake with inquisitive turtles. As a former local I've seen many iterations of Kondari over 30+yrs, but this is best yet. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and no traffic noise. Food at bistro was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area looked amazing with cabana/day beds available. Definitely a surprisingly good place to stay & eat. Also loved that by booking directly through hotel website we received 10% off meals, a complimentary drink and free breakfast pack. Will definitely recommend to friends.
Kondari used to be a nice little pub with a good atmosphere and a great space for the kids however since the renovation it's trying to be some type of up market fancy hotel which does not suit the customer base or the area. And the playground now has no fences with a lake and a mainroad located very close and no lighting at night. Kids can easily wander off and drown or get hit by a car
