I do enjoy pies and Pie Mania is the best purveyor of fine pies in the central business district. They have a wide variety of different and exotic flavours to choose from. Today's selection was the Thai chilli beef supplemented by two mince & cheese savouries. My initial elation at the quality of chilli beef pie unfortunately plateaued somewhat when I could discover no evidence of any cheese in the savouries which was mildly disappointing. I am also baffled by the shopkeeper's continued insistence of placing the serviettes *inside* the bag along with the pie - end result? A nice greasy serviette to wipe your face with.
