Waste of money! After waiting 2 hours for our meals, I asked the waitress politely, " excuse me, but we are still waiting on our meals", her reply was, "Yeah, I know and walked off!"( No apology)comes out with our meals eventually and again no apology... I asked for a medium steak, and thank goodness I choose medium as it came out rare and was still tough! When paying another waitress said " how was everything"? I said pretty average, and we waited 2 hours for our meals, her replay reply, "yeah we got bombarded". NOT GOOD ENOUGH! I Love supporting family businesses but we will not be back! Wish i read everyone else's reviews before we ate there!! In the time we were there we witnessed a table of 5 walk out, a couple that was there BEFORE us waiting over 2 hours for their meals & another TWO tables get their meals before us. Think you should read the rest of your reviews Piccolo and do some overhauling.

Stopped in for an early dinner before heading back to melbourne. The lady who served us was lovely, excellent service. Food was absolutely delicious. Would go back to Warrnambool just to eat there again.

Poor service, table was far too small for 4 people- requested a move but was denied this. Others were allowed to move seats. Food was below average unfortunately. Thought our drinks were outstanding hence the 2 stars. Wouldn’t come back-unless it were just for a drink
