Cattleya Thai Restaurant

Really, really awesome place! My boyfriend and I are currently traveling in our van and we’re looking for a nice place to eat. The prices were great for us, especially in relation to the giant portion sizes. It was a really lovely space to eat, with a great atmosphere and amazing service from the ladies working there. Would recommend the Pad Thai (soo delicious) and they were happy to cater for me as a vegan.

If I could give 0 stars I’ll definitely do it to this place.. very bad service... walked in around 9.30pm with my wife and kid... while walking saw it says open... once we walked in and sat down, this lady came up shouting saying the kitchen is closed which wasn’t appropriate, she could have came next to us and said that.. felt kind of humiliated and walked out... I think this got something to do with race, because I saw people walking in and walking out with food which made me to think in that way as we were the only black family standing around...

Beware. The staff at Cattleya Thai say their crackers (that are generally complimentary and placed on the table in a basket) are gluten free but THEY ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE because they are fried in a fryer that also fries gluten products. I am a ceoliac and have been eating them based on the misinformation. Very dangerous to tell Ceoliacs that your product is gluten free when it is not!
