Bought a new Triton ute and picked it up today. We were dealing with Jayson. The whole deal just flowed smoothly from placing the order a few months ago to delivery today. The whole team were welcoming and we felt valued and appreciated. We are in Hamilton and I throughly recommend that if you are in the market for a Mitsubishi, whip over to Morrinsville, you’ll be glad you did. I left my car at Piako for a repair for my battery running flat. Only to discover there are six scratches that can be seen even 5 metres away on my car bonnet, first service manager say it was there since my first visit last week. He did not inform me but I wash my car every week, I would have seen it. He refuse to take any responsibility for it. Then come CEO already showing me attitude the moment he step in, he did not even try to calm situation down and don't mention about attitude.He just siding with his service manager. Customer service 0* in fact.  I do not wanna mention any names in this review. I will definitely won't want to be a Mitsubishi customer anymore.  Hope this won't happen to anyone else. Please take all the pictures of your car before sending your car into workshop. Lesson learned.

Jayse was absolutely amazing, the service was miles above the other dealerships I went to. Even though they didn’t have quite what I was after, Jayse offered to customise one of the cars on the yard to suit what I was looking for, and helped me determine whether vehicles from other yards that I was checking out were a good deal or not. Will be heading straight to them when it comes to upgrading!

Fabulous service provided by Jayson the salesman that sold us a Holden Trax for Tonys mum, Jayson went the extra mile to keep us all up to date when the vehicle would be ready, highly recommend for his professionalism in customer service and attention to detail
