WOF form said my tires had 34psi. Form said tyres should be 36psi. They couldn't be bothered to pump tyres to 36psi.

Awesome service, but did have a hard time listening to the lovely office lady about what was going to happen with our service. You don't need 2 very loud men talking,about the wife's car, so we had to go outside to hear everything!!!

Recently had the pleasure to deal with Kiel and the team. Nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to get all the extras we wanted, arranging drop off and pick ups from the various suppliers and delivered on time. We are a very happy customer and recomend them for their customer focus and service to our personal requirements.

Very bad experience. Bought Holden cruze in 2018.After two days of buying engine light started appearing. Bring vehicle almost 4 time ,driven 1000km to there agencies to sort it out ,spent too much money now turbo gone ,got mechanical warranty but said it’s not covered. Couldn’t sell to anyone as engine light keep appearing. Lost money and mentally stressed .

So happy with the fantastic service and professionalism in dealing with Chris E.  Bought a used Kia Sportage - the grooming was immaculate, very happy with the warranty offered and they even delivered to Tauranga.  Car drives beautifully - love it!   Many thanks, Linda

Been getting serviced here for quite some time now and have always been very helpful.

Great staff on the sales floor and on the front desk in the service department, who went out of their way to answer my questions and help me out. The repairs to my trailer were carried out quickly and for a price that was lower than I expected. The showroom is spacious and well presented, and there is a good number of new and used vehicles on the yard outside.
