Amazing service. I broke down after having issues with my alternator. They had my alternator replaced within a day. Special mention to Karen for being attentive to my needs and willing to go the extra mile. If I lived closer they would definitely be my main service centre.
Bad battery problems sorted quick smart today: After contacting State Roadside Rescue this morning, Mark from Tordoff Auto Services, Morrinsville came within 30 minutes and got me going again. A new, better battery was fitted at their premises in town and Mark made sure that I didn't loose any auto connectivity 2nd hand car, no radio code. We use Tordoff for all our vehicles. I can highly recommend them.
Not very impressed. Wanted one part to be replaced. I had brought the correct part to be installed no one had installed the part I requested on the day I booked it in or even the next day So I asked owner if I can collect my vehicle and she expected me to tow it away with no tyre or the belt attached. I was shocked. I expect to drive it away in the same condition I dropped it off in. Will not be coming here again!! Do not recommend to anyone. Time wasters and liars. Do not tell a customer that their is a available appointment for a vehicle if you do not intend on fixing the vehicle at that time. Excuses like " we got busy" are not good enough.
Amazing service today to fit us in before Christmas and carry out a ton of work on our car in one day. Impeccable service from all staff! Feels like we have a brand new car.
I pulled in here early one morning in a hurry en route Waitoa to Hamilton. It was before opening time and they were busy getting ready, but they weren't bothered and got me on my way quickly. Friendly and helpful.
