Went into the store yesterday 18/9/2022 and was met buy a fantastic gentleman Jordan D Fernandes. His customer service was great, He was Friendly, Helpful. and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service and help from Jordan. After my tablet died,I I went to buy another one.However the tablet was fixable and Jordan sorted it out for me.Thanking him so much.we are regular customers of Heathcotes, so looked around the shop while I was waiting, and bought a product I hadn't realised they would incredible customer service.Thank you.

@Jordan D. Fernandez helped me choose the perfect TV for my space. His knowledge about TV’s and latest technologies was top notch. Very happy with the customer service I have received at Heathcoates Morrinsville.
Jordan as usual gave a a good deal and service when we purchased a new TV, there maybe no competition in Morrinsville but service and price is important.
Fantastic service. I ordered quite a few appliances from the store, then I made some changes with my order, the sales consultant Jordan has been extremely helpful and patient with me. Thank you very much Jordan, really appreciate that.
Came into store to look at a sale product. After explaining my needs to Jordan, a very knowledgeable & patient Salesman, I left with an even better product at a good discount & another discounted product. Very Happy everything running smoothly - ThankYou.
Purchased a new stove instore which was the good part. Arranged that someone would install it and would be contacted within 24 hours. 3 days 72hours later no contact so rang store. Told should have been contacted but he would get hold of service department to contact me immediately. 2 hours later 'No contact' rang back, Told he had spoken to them and they should have contacted me, as close to end of day told would be in morning. 10.30 no call. So I called again put through directly to service department. NO ONE HAD SPOKEN TO THEM....THE ORDER HAD BEEN PUT THROUGH THE DAY BEFORE after I had made my first call to them on a differant order#. Finally arranged for stove to be install, two week wait mind you. Lady I spoke to said she would ring store to find out what had gone wrong. Thought MAYBE, if good customer service was a priority might have got a call from store to explain why I had been lied to several times but 36 hours later NOTHING. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE.
