Asked for b12 vials and they claimed they needed my name and address. Said it was their system that needed it for sales reasons. I call bs. Poor customer service and ignorant about controlled drugs. Gave name and address anyway so they could feel better about tracking me in the system. Total trash, don't use for important scripts
Visited the Pharmacy at 8 am with a injured leg that was bleeding badly, the Pharmacist could see the problem but told me to come back at 8.30, I told him I just wanted some dressings to stop the bleeding. Just terrible service!
Poor customer service waited 10 minutes and still nobody offered to help
Staff member with no mask over nose but she giggled and thought it was 'alright.' No, no it isn't. It shows a complete disregard for Covid rules and for the vulnerable people who visit.
I worked in retail pharmacy for the Life/Unichem group for over 40 years and 1 thing I know is that customer service ranks very high in their training schedule. I think the staff at morrinsville must have missed these training days lol. I was greeted and served promptly, fair enough, and my needs were met, but there was no attempt to engage with me during my visit. I achieved my $10 voucher on that particular transaction and was intending to spend it straight away on another purchase but instead I was shown the way to the door. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 6 months. I won't let it happen again I'll drive to Hamilton for my next purchase.
Helpful staff. Big range of goods.
