This is a fantastic playground for all ages, but truth be told I think it's tailored for the 2-12 year old range. There are a few slides, not very big, but the all differ in length and shape. The best thing about this playground is the swings! They have two parts of the playground with swings and for me, having two girls under the age of four there are two 'baby' swings next to each other, in addition to another baby swing and 'big girl' swing right next to them too...this may not sound like a big thing but when you don't have to compromise or have children fighting over who gets which swing, it's great! Only one of two parks in the area I know which has two baby swings together, the other being Peverill Park.

Fantastic playground. Little cafe just opposite to grab the kids an icy pole from after a big run around. Had a ball playing hide and seek with the kids. Well worth a visit.

Had to drop by Chaddy, but the kids were due for playground session. Did a quick Gsearch and this came up. Loved the fact that it was mainly wooden playground which has different obstacles and for both my 4yr old and my 2yr old. Toilets Library and Cafe nearby... Can’t go wrong!! This is now on my saved list of Melbourne Playgrounds.

One of the best playgrounds around for little ones up to 7 or 8. Tables and bbqs available. Have taken my 3 kids there plenty of times and they refer to it as the castle playground

I'm a weekly regular to Phoenix Park library, lovely friendly staff, smaller less busy place, modern yet cosy feel. Peaceful, perfect for studying or some reflection on their comfy couches.
