I could not recommend Phase Change Converters enough! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that are willing to go the extra mile. I ended up purchasing a PC6 Converter and love it. Works so simply and is built with a great attention to detail. Best part is that these converters are very quiet, quiet enough that even my wife doesn’t disapprove. I called these guys with a random question on a Saturday morning and ended up chatting with a technician for a good 40 minutes that thankfully saved me from purchasing a secondhand converter that wouldn’t have worked at my property as it was for 2 phase and not single which I needed. I requested a few quotes for different models and ended up purchased one directly from Phase Change Converters Australia and had it at my front door within a week that included the converter being built. Within a few days after ordering, I was notified via a phone call that my converter had been built and that they were going to ship it on a specified date and if I would be available for deliver. If I had to sum up my experience it would be that you get small business support and care but with the backing of a big company. 10/10

We've had our phase changer for 8-9 year's now it's been great. The crew is always willing to help and very easy to deal with.

I have had a 6kw now for 5 years. Hasn't missed a beat.  Highly recommend.
