Living only a few minutes away from PETstock Smithfield I've always found the staff to be most helpful & always purchase the large Black Hawk 15kg Cat Dry Food for our two fur baby's Twinkle & Boris. PETstock have a great selection of different pet foods toys & other items for pets. Also during my recent visit on 04/05/21 the staff were able to match the PETstock Website Page price with the 30% off 15kg Black Hawk Cat Dry Food. Highly recommend a visit for all pet owners & plenty of parking outside.
Didnt get her name but the girl with blonde hair who served me has excellent customer service. She was so happy, friendly and helpful. I only had a few cans of cat food and she didnt hesitate to help me bring it to car. I didnt even have to ask her. She deserves to be acknowledged for her awesome work. Ill definitely be back
Great service, always asked if I need help looking for something, quick at the register and always offer to help me take items to the car. Variety of stock.
We went to Pet Stock to buy some new dog food for our rescue dog, and we left with so much knowledge. Michelle worked with us for 30minutes helping us with all our questions. She informed us of the quality of dog foods and what the ingredients mean. She talked to us about how much our dog should be eating depending on exercise and her size. We learned about stimulus mats and snuffle Matts. We just walked out with the biggest smile on our face! We will definitely be returning when Michelle is working! Thank you for great products and great staff!
Great variety of products, very clean store. Very friendly staff who are very knowledgeable on their products. Rikki helped me and she was amazing at customer service. I walked out with multiple things ready for my fish tank.
I bought 12 guppies from the store to add to my tank. Within 4 days I had lost over 50+ guppies due to buying fish from this store. The fish I bought were obviously sick, as I had no problems with fish dying before that. I would not recommend people to purchase fish from this store.
I waited in store at the fish tanks for a long time without service the gold fish looked a bit under the weather the more I examined them. I've had ok service here before but not this time. I left with no items

Rated for the manager more concerned with chatting up one of his junior staff to sell me an aquarium. His loss as I purchased all up including tank, stand plus lighting and external filtration. Total loss to petstock, $2453. Junior staff however and in contrast quite well informed and happy to help
Company structured and set up, staff are friendly and range of fish is good.
