I shop there often and have never had any issues. The pricing of their stock is very reasonable and the staff are always polite and friendly. I was in there earlier today and Alex was very helpful and friendly.nKeep up the great work.
Our Grand Dog Eddy, loves this store. She knows which shop it is, as she sniffs her way past every other shop until she gets to the automatic doors and walks in. She loves all the Wonderous smells and walks up all the aisles testing the air quality until we buy her choices of food and a few pigs ears and a new toy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great service.
I was a regular customer before I purchased 3 Fish as a Christmas present for a family member. 2 of which had passed the day after purchase. As i called up the store i was told that i would be refunded as the fish were stressed from only just arriving in the store the day earlier and were transported to new water. When i did come in to give the store a sample of my fish tank water. The staff member on shift declined a refund or any replacement fish. A waste of time, fuel and money, for a miscommunication AND i missed out on giving a family member a Christmas present. Thanks for your incompetence Pet Stock.
Recently, I ordered some items that need to be kept in the fridge. When they were delivered, the driver left them behind the door, even though we were all home. This could’ve spoiled the items, and it’s really disappointing.
Went in to grab some dog treats and use the dog hydro bath and got some amazing help! The hydro bath soap wasn't working and I called out for some help and Des came over. She thought she had it working and gave me a new token to start again, but just after she left the soap tube got n air bubble in it and again wouldn't work. Des came back a second time and this time she stuck around to ensure it was all working perfectly. Really appreciate the help and her problem solving.
