I just want to put a shout out to Khobi. I have been in a couple of times to get stuff for our pets. Both times i have been in, he has been nothing short of lovely, kind, fully listening to me, empathetic. The first time i met him, i burst into tears as i had had some really distressing personal news. He very politely asked if he could give me a hug to comfort me. This man is extremely kind, empathetic, a damn good listener, and offers to carry items. He is fully invested in customer service, which is a rareity these days. He is definitely an asset to your team.
I went to Pet Stock Ballarat, Latrobe street today, to purchase Advance dog food because they were on special. I purchased a pack of 12 and was charged full price, not the sale price. I went straight back in and asked to be charged the correct price and was told that the 12 packs are not on special only individual cans. I then asked for a refund so I could purchase 12 individual cans and was told I was not able to do that. Very disappointed. We’re long standing customers of pet stock and after this experience will be buying dog food elsewhere
Everything you could ever need. I just happened to be passing, so I dropped in. Amazing, a pet shop on steroids, an unbelievable range of products. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Lola was impressed with the variety of treats, and we left with a nice assortment. It's definitely worth a visit.
We went into Petstock to get advice about our fish tanks. We have had some issues with our tropical fish bought elsewhere.nNaomi was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave us exactly what we needed.nI was very impressed with Naomi's professionalism.nWe will continue to shop here because of her customer service, help and advice.
Best Petstock in Ballarat. They are the main store in Ballarat and generally have everything you need available. The staff are friendly and helpful.
