I went into target Ballarat central tonight to pick up a click and collect order which was an easy process and the woman walked me through how to collect. I asked about an item and headed to the home department. Another woman helped me find a hanging clothes rack I couldn’t find. She asked if I was okay grabbing it etc. then went back to the service desk to check an old voucher I found, she was patient and checked the card and it had no value. I then used a different gift card. After this my hands were completely full and wanted a can of coke so a lovely worker asked which one I wanted, proceeded to put it through the check out for me and I told her what a beautiful experience I had tonight and that every one of them had put a smile on my face! I wish I could give them more than five stars for tonight’s service. It was absolutely lovely!
One of the last proper Target stores left. An un-refurbished store with great range of products. One of the only important stores within the desolate shopping centre. If budget isn't your type then Myer is nearby. New Target layouts mean less products available to choose from in the name of improving walkability. Yes this store is pure Anko however every other Target is like this. For a Target, it's five stars because of its nostalgia it carries for Target as a whole.
Monday 21/7/25 at 11am, very kind and patient woman working in ladies fitting rooms and another woman at self serve registers when I was shopping with an older family member who needed extra time and assistance. It makes all the difference. Thank you.
1 star because most of the targets I know you can do a refund or swap for something the same price. I went in today to be told they can’t do either. Kmart is the better place to go!
All the makeup is now behind locked cabinets. No testers out anymore. Whats the point in buying products when you cant see how they show up on the skin? Understandable it stops theft of products but geez put some testers out!!!
