Myer is always my special favorites but what I would want them to improve is sales people on the floor. On boxing day we went to shop. We bought so many clothing specially for gift and it wasn't busy busy. Still no sales person on the kids section to help us with the size or stock. I had to walk to the counter everytime to bring someone from the staff cluster there and then after few attempts I gave up and bought whatever we could find. Also they were hiding behind to sort stock. We expect sales people on the floor to atleast help us with the purchase. Otherwise always love to shop from there.
The store was a lovely surprise.nnI picked up a couple of orders here recently and bought some Christmas decorations. Each and every staff member was beyond friendly and helpful. Restoring my faith in Myer.nnGreat range of stock considering it's a regional store. Much prefer shopping here than in the city.
Bought a lovely new wallet for hubby. I've been looking for a new one for ages, must have a spot for coins and notes. So we ended up in Myer, and there was a good selection, good quality too.
“My first visit to Myers was not the best and left me a little disappointed so I wasn’t looking forward to my second visit. However, Sophie from the cosmetics department and Prabh, the Associate Store Manager proved me wrong. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Their friendly service and positive attitude turned things around and left me with a much better impression of the store. I really appreciate the effort they put into making this visit such a pleasant one. You both are an asset to this store.”
The service in the ladies shoes was disgraceful. Where has customer service gone. Asked staffers for a pair of shoes. She basically dropped them at our feet and proceeded to walk away to talk to other staff member. Asked about another pair. Her reply. Don't think so. No checking. It was terrible.
