“My first visit to Myers was not the best and left me a little disappointed so I wasn’t looking forward to my second visit. However, Sophie from the cosmetics department and Prabh, the Associate Store Manager proved me wrong. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Their friendly service and positive attitude turned things around and left me with a much better impression of the store. I really appreciate the effort they put into making this visit such a pleasant one. You both are an asset to this store.”
The service in the ladies shoes was disgraceful. Where has customer service gone. Asked staffers for a pair of shoes. She basically dropped them at our feet and proceeded to walk away to talk to other staff member. Asked about another pair. Her reply. Don't think so. No checking. It was terrible.
I had the best experience at Myer Ballarat yesterday. Sophie greeted me like an old friend, and gave absolutely top-notch service. I came in knowing nothing about fragrances at all so I was self-conscious about asking silly questions, but Sophie helped me find some good matches, and made me feel respected and supported. I can't speak highly enough of her!
I've been going here for years and never had any problems. Over the past 6 months when I've been I haven't found the staff as helpful I.e. not getting greeted, no one coming to ask if I need help even if the store doesn't look too busy.nMy partner went in to look at shoes for our upcoming wedding and when he asked for help the attendant was not helpful and implied that their range of shoes would be too expensive for him without even knowing our budget... We felt judged. We didn't buy anything. Unfortunately this has tainted Ballarat Myer for us. Not a nice feeling when you're shopping for the most important day of your life.
I liked ballarat central came here after wildlife park and sovereign hill i went to myer and target myer has good selection of mens clothes friendly staff members
