I bought elizabeth arden gift pack worth $129 and got gift pack with it, and next time i went there is ask for same and another lady works on sunday she refused to give gift pack with same pack. I dnt know that who is wrong here? the one who gave before or the one who refused to give. but one thing was very sure that she was willing to promote other brands but not elizabeth arden as she insisted me for clinique and natio which is really bad.
Myer Ballarat underwent a significant revamp some time ago and it now has a fresher look and it seems to me that they have more stock and better marketing and presentation. There are lots of discounts and staff are helpful and kind . Recommended to visit and to shop, and in a more general way it's worthy of support as a valued retail fixture of the city .
QUITE A SMALL STORE WITH LIMITED RANGE BUT GOOD SERVICEnIf you are used to the large format Myer stores in Melbourne and Sydney you will find this one quite small. You can ask them to order in or check out their online store.nIt's set over three levels basement - luggage; ground - cosmetics / clothes; top floor - electrical, homewares. They do have a reasonable number of sales staff on the floor though.
Couple staff in shoe department Sunday 13/10. Didn’t bother asking us if we needed any help while we patiently waited our turn and they served customers who turned up after us. Won’t be shopping Myer shoe dept again. This has happened before. Minimal service. Perfume make up. Different story. Helpful and interested.n.
It is a nice little branch of Myer that stocks a lot of everyday items. The staff can be a little hard to find, but they help you out quite a bit. Try again the next day if you item isn't stocked.
