Couple staff in shoe department Sunday 13/10. Didn’t bother asking us if we needed any help while we patiently waited our turn and they served customers who turned up after us. Won’t be shopping Myer shoe dept again. This has happened before. Minimal service. Perfume make up. Different story. Helpful and interested.n.
It was a pleasurable experience with the ladies from the skin care and makeup department. I have recently started using Kora products they look beautiful are Australian made. I have taken video of my skin just cleaned and applied Kora moisterising cream with Turmeric in it, I'm nearly 50 years old I have had no procedures done and look how my skin is glowing.
Certainly can’t get service like you used to… more staff than customers in a place that looks like a ghost town! Finally found what I was looking for after walking aimlessly for 25mins… past several staff members who were ‘straightening’ stock or doing their own eyebrows at the ‘brow bar’….nUpon trying to pay, found the only other customer being served, so I waited 8 minutes until another staff member arrived to serve me.nSorry Myer, you have lost your edge! I still couldn’t manage to find the clothes for larger ladies, as I wanted bathers for my impending holiday…. So I left! Off to one of the other specialty stores I guess!
Good store on multiple levels.nUpper floors donfeel like you have gone back in time a little but the products are all very good and staff lovely.
QUITE A SMALL STORE WITH LIMITED RANGE BUT GOOD SERVICEnIf you are used to the large format Myer stores in Melbourne and Sydney you will find this one quite small. You can ask them to order in or check out their online store.nIt's set over three levels basement - luggage; ground - cosmetics / clothes; top floor - electrical, homewares. They do have a reasonable number of sales staff on the floor though.
