The Petrie Hotel has great food and large servings of it. All the meals I have ever had there are very tasty and always enjoy eating there. The menu has a very large selection of food to choose from. Good poker machine area and and in house competitions always good on the night. Petrie Hotel is only a short walk to the railway station and it also has his own large car park bottle shop and sports bar. I found that the staff are all friendly and very helpful if you have any questions about anything. I enjoy Friday night dining as it's not as busy as Saturday night.

Sublime establishment with great service. Ordered an entree which they didn't have. Very apologetic and went above and beyond expectations. Food was great with big portions. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town.

My partner & I came here tonight for Valentines & we loved it! 😍 the food was cooked amazing, the ribs were so tender and just fell off the bone, the mushroom sauce I ordered was the best mushroom sauce I’ve ever tasted! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for having us!

Wow, Exelent Food, service and staff,  what a change from 3 months ago. 
 I was extremely happy with my meal.          New management and chef will do that. congratulations on the great work, you have just won a customer back.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday after not being for over  year.  There have definatley been some changes since my last under whelming experience.  Food was great, service was fantastic, the whole place just seems to have upped it's game.  Definatley worth a stop in.
