Walked in knowing I wanted to travel the East Coast but not having a clue what I wanted to do. Libby helped from start to finish, got a great price for my months travel and has helped me with activities and hostels once I get to my end destination. Everything’s booked and I feel at ease knowing Libby’s just a call away if anything could go wrong, but confident that nothing will! I normally don't write review of places I go but I have to do it for this travel agency. I just arrived in Darwin and had no idea of what things I could do and visit. Meet up with Lauren a super nice girl who had the patience to explain to me all the things I can do on the NT. She was just amazing! 1000% recommend booking at this travel agency!! Thank you so much Lauren, you were amazing!!
I would recommend this shop and especially Valentina lovely half German half Italian girl to everyone who wants to have honest people not trying to sell you any s*** which doesn’t suit your plans etc. Valentina helped me out a lot with a trip I already booked in Melbs and rearranged the whole thing that it’s better for ME and not her. So if you’re staying and want to do the best trip for yourself go and speak to Valentina, she’s the best!
We talked with Valentina today and she was extremely helpful. She really took the time to give us great travel advice and we will definitely come back to book some tours with her!
I had the pleasure of meeting Iain and Libby. They are so personable and helpful. I spent hours with Iain brainstorming ways to make my vacation better. He came up with a suitable solution. He offers superb service and no pressure on decisions. Probably THE BEST travel agent I have ever had the privilege to work with, eh.
Really lovely people who take their time with you. They treat you like a friend rather than a potential sale. I highly suggest talking with Valentina, she was super positive and genuine and helpful!
Bought a tour there, ended up doing another one because mine "wasn't running due to not enough people". Went to complain at the agency and was told the tour company didn't warn them about it, therefore it wasn't their fault. So a tour agency that doesn't talk to their providers? Really?...On top of that, the tour I was advised to book didn't even include the things I asked for, and i came to know from someone who works for Peter Pan themselves that they get great commissions from the company i was sold, therefore i'm guessing that regardless of what you ask for, they'll just sell you that one either that or the guy at the desk didn't have a clue of what he was selling me. Well played, you got me there.
When i arrived in Darwin it was right in the middle of the wet season and i had no clue on what to do! I waled at Peterpans Darwin and the girl there I think Katia helped me so much! she lives here and she knows every single little hidden gems of this regain. I firstly booked a fantastic trip for 3 days for kakadu and litchfield and then my bus from cairns to Brisbane right after it for a round 3 weeks. i staked there for 3 hours because I wanted to make sure i knew exactly why I was doing and the girl was just super helping and had so much knowledge! I can't thank you enough for making sure my australia trip was just amazing! thank you~
I was in Darwin a little while ago and I didn't know what to do or see, I walked in Peterpans and the staff were really nice and helpful : They suggested me what to do in Darwin and the Kakadu tour was incredible! I went back to organise also my East Coast trip and it was the best decision ever! They planned everything for me, no stress here! The trip was amazing, thanks guys! Highly recommended!!!
