Great Petbarn. I mainly buy food, toys, bedding and litter etc for cats and wild bird seed as well. They generally have great choice/options. Regular sales make it cheaper to shop here than the supermarkets. If you find the same exact item elsewhere cheaper than their price, if you can prove it, they will price match. Do your research online before you go! Staff are friendly and helpful. No complaints.

The customer service in this store is pretty shocking. I’ve visited the store a few times whilst being heavily pregnant and I’ve never once been offered help lifting 15kg bags of dog food into my trolley or car. I’m a frequent customer who always purchases my dog’s food through pet barn and would appreciate a little assistance.

this place is a joke. i spent $150 on puppy school for my kelpy. the dogs aren’t aloud to play with each other and when they do they get in trouble. My dog got put in a cage because to other puppy had a go at my kelpy and my dog was the one that was punished. she was put in a cage and banished and was thrown treats to be quiet. she wasn’t aloud out for the rest of period that the school went for. i do not recommend bring your puppies heat because they are not taught to socialise with other dogs at all.

Had a nice girl ask if we were just looking we said yes and she was lovely about it. 5mins later we have this young man come over and just come across really rude and would only let us buy goldfish even though we have a good tank set up. His customer service skills need work. He made us feel so unwelcome. When we were ready to buy we tried so hard to find a different person but again had to helped by him were he was again rude. Even after we spent money he was smug n rude.

Staff as usual always helpful and friendly. Range of available tropical fish on offer is quite limited in comparison to other Petbarn branches. Having said that, all the basic types are on offer.

Great service. Would recommend them to take great care of your pet.

Dropped in to see the Vet to renew a script, used their dog wash and pick up some treats. Very friendly staff, great service, lovely young Vet, Dr from Wyoming.
