Very Average. They try to cater to everything but know little about what they do. They should try hiring staff who know the animals and products not based on good looks. I only go there as a last resort and Id rather drive to Maryborough than shop here.

The old lady is rude and staff don't know their product and prices. Go to PETSTOCK much friendlier and helpful

We got dragged here by the kids who were desperate for a pet-shop hit. Nooooooooooooooo!!!!! Oh well, maybe we'll get some peace now! We found well stocked store with a plethora of pet essentials including a dog-wash station. Friendly staff with a knowing smile who were sympathetic to our parental plight.

Complete waste of time if you're looking for reasonably priced items for your pet this is not the shop for you completely overpriced products with unhelpful staff I could not believe my eyes at some of the prices if you're looking for quality pet toys at a reasonable price I suggest Kmart.
