Great Range and Service. Brought my puppy in to find new pet food. They had a great range of fresh rolls and was able to find exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly with my puppy and even gave her a treat. Would recommend.
The younger 2 staff members were helpful, and the older lady was too busy eating & fluffing around to help with the issue. She provided very poor customer service & was not a good mentor for the younger staff
Horrified by What I Witnessed at Petstock Hervey Bay GroomingnnI am absolutely appalled by what I saw today at the Petstock Hervey Bay grooming section. A small, anxious puppy was crying at the glass, clearly distressed, and instead of comforting it, the groomer grabbed it roughly by the neck and scruff and dragged it backward. It was shocking and completely unacceptable. When she realised we were watching, she quickly retreated out the back -but the way she handled that poor dog was disgusting.nnMy 11-year-old daughter was devastated, and we were both left shaken by what we had just witnessed. No animal should ever be treated this way, especially in a place that is supposed to care for them. I reported the incident to a staff member in the store, who said he would speak to her. I saw him walking toward the grooming area, but as I was leaving, he was more focused on looking at stock in the fridge. I’m actually appalled.nnI do want to mention that I’ve always had good experiences with the store staff-they have been helpful and friendly in the past. But what I saw today in the grooming section was unacceptable, and I truly hope Petstock takes this seriously. No animal should ever be treated with such cruelty.
Great customer service each time. Very helpful with pet recommendations. Asked specific questions about my pet to ensure my purchase is right for us.nNeat and tidy store, well set out!
The dog grooming area was clean & fresh & smelt amazing. The girls were super friendly and did a great job on my dog. Staff outside were friendly. Lily was very knowledgeable assisting me with enquiries on a certain product & advising me on others which I will purchase at a later date.nI certainly recommend PetStock Hervey Bay
