Went in there this morning for the first time and really found a great local gem!! Both ladies were lovely and very helpful. They had everything i needed and I will definitely return for all my pet needs as they have a massive variety and good pricing.

Horrible behaviour from a staff member. Extremely condescending when it came to how we train our puppy. We brought our 13 week pup in just to practice socializing her. She started barking (she's 13 weeks and new to the outside world, of course she was scared) and as we used the training that our puppy pre school trainer told us to use, this awful woman started making comments about how we're "rewarding her for bad behaviour" in a very rude tone, and rudely ignored our explaination and told us that it wouldn't work. She then proceeded to spout out a bunch of talk about how she's been training dogs for 50 years in a condescending way. 
I'm absolutely shocked by the level of ignorance this woman showed. There are many effective ways to train a dog, and we've seen it work first hand. You'd think somebody with 50 years of training experience would know that!
