October 2017: Whole process very ship shape. I did not feel like a unique snowflake of a customer, but I certainly did feel like I was going through a process that this company has spent a lot of time perfecting. As a result, from initial contact to quotation to admin to installation, I got the impression everything was well in hand and that's how it turned out. I got four awning windows replaced with double glazed sliding ones and I'm very happy with the result. Solid service and outcome.

2 years ago, spent about $7K for these guys to replace our old sliding door, and 3 windows. Door alone was over $3.5K. Installers made a mess, left large gaps around door and windows, rubber seals weren't in place properly, did a fair bit of damage to internal plaster. Was told we would have to fix, as it's not their problem. Complained about gaps, 4 weeks later these were filled. At first glance, doors and windows do look pretty good, but the door has never been that great, jamming a bit and a bit off centre, but we put up with it. Fast forward two years, and the french door started jamming when trying to open as a deadbolt was not dis-engaging. Contacted Perth window and door, after waiting 2 weeks to get back to us, they sent a repair guy around who stated that they need to replace the internals of the door. Company said that it's not covered under warranty, as it's only 12months on locks, not 10 years like they advertise on their website. When I queried on how much it would cost, they said they would find out and send me a quote. Never heard from them again, and that was over a month ago. Avoid. Update: Door was finally repaired, but we had to pay $180 for the privilege. Door lock still not great, was good for a few weeks after the door was fixed, but starting to jam and tough to open again. ...

Just had another 3 windows replaced by Perth Windows & Doors, made a huge difference to our home. Great workmanship on the installation day and great communication before and after.

Recently replaced all doors and windows with double glazing using Perth Window & Doors. We couldn't have chosen a better company to deal with. From Steve the sales person to the girls in the scheduling and accounts department to Tony who expertly fitted our windows, and was professional and pleasant to have in our home. Its rare these days to find a company who are not only good to deal with but communicate every step of the way. One company we asked for a quote still haven't got back to us after 3 reminders...... We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wanted new windows. Whatever the management philosophy is, its working and your staff are a credit to you. Well done.
