Premium parking huh?? paid $270 for 10 days. picked it up & was absolutely covered in dirt dust etc.. looked like volcanic ash! took 3 times through the car wash to clean it!
I prepaid for parking and when I went to leave it would not let me out so I tapped my debit card, I took the receipt and nearly went into cardiac arrest. The receipt was for $5,455.99. The lady I spoke to was lovely and said she would get straight back to me as soon as she spoke to her supervisor. When she came back they admitted the mistake but could not reimburse the money till two days later and then it would take 2-4 days to clear. Who has $5500 to wait for the return of after making such a big error? It should have been immediately credited into my account! It says on the receipt it is for 145 days and they said that it must not have cleared the last time I was there parking. Not my fault! There was no offer of compensation nor offer of free parking. Apparently people pay that much for airport parking! Also, how when anywhere else you tap your card you need to put a pin number in for over $100 but with airport parking, they can take as much money as they like. And so can trains and buses so I was told by the bank. I have complained to the bank, but not impressed with airport parking and there way of correcting the mistake.nThe woman said I have assessed the charge and deem that the machine made a mistake. No joke!! I was parked for 7days!! Unfortunately they have the market so what else can you do!! I live 2 hours away from the airport.
Perth airport parking needs to build up not out, the whole walking in the rain for km’s is so 70’s and 80’s yes there is a bus but it’s scheduled times and guaranteed not the times you need. It would be great to see the airport get a make over for the amount of traffic it gets on a daily basis surely they can reinvestnRecommend signing up online and booking ahead for a cheaper deal.

Has to be the worst airport. Everytime I go to use to toilet after landing it's either being closed for being cleaned or being renovated. Hate coming to place it absolutely sucks
