You get 10 minutes free to drop people off/picking people up, but there is no way you can actually make it back to the car in 10 minutes, not with all the fences and construction going on, as well as the long time it takes to find a parking spot. Going above 10 minutes is immediately very expensive. At least in San Francisco you get 30 minutes.
This place is an absolute rip off and poorly managed. Even with the downturn of Covid they could have improved this airport but it is as bad as ever. Constant grid lock with people crossing the road. The planners on this need to be accountable for the poor design of this place.
Could have better price, but location to fabulous
Staff had no idea whether there was a Macca's or Hungry Jac's in the food gallery. We went through the security to go up to the food hall for nothing. Staff are only as good as the managers who train them
Over priced and poorly managed. People park wherever they like in restricted areas usually without consequence.
Your passenger better be ready with bells on cos you'll be moved along very quickly even if there's no cars backed up. One day I was forced to move on in the pelting rain & my wipers had stopped working. Forced to drive with no visual of the road!
