not intuitive to follow the signs to pick up travelers, can end up in parking lot instead. It was easier to navigate a few years ago, but we managed anyway. Good thing to note is that cars are scanned upon entry/exit to make sure you don't stay more than 6 minutes. Adjacent parking had free time too, I can't remember if it's 15 minutes or half an hour.
After dropping off and a bit of traffic congestion thought nothing of it. When the boom gate wouldn't go up I thought I hadn't gone over a sensor so reversed a couple of times. Realised I needed to pay. Seriously?So after paying $7 the ticket showed 11.10am to 11.19am and payment was made at 11.18am. WT?? Have made a complaint.
Could do with better signage, when leaving terminal 3/4 for the city.n6 mins before fees apply at drop off/ pick up area domestic airport isnt enough time esp when lights turn red at the two pedestrian crossings. Makes driving stressful.
Parking is ample and very convenient. But bit pricey. Last time I dropped someone and went to paying station and the ticket was returned by the message is I was returning within 10 minutes so no charge. But by the time I reached the exit boom gate that won’t open and I had to pay $7.50 …. What a ripper
You have to pay for parking if you're longer than 10 mins in the pickup/dropoff area and it is damn expensive... Even though most FIFO workers transit through this terminal and could afford the extremely premium price didn't justify the cost
