Pros: It's tucked away and convenient for east Perth businesses. $15 P/day makes it one of the cheaper around. Cons: local itinerate and homeless people regularly use the stairwells as toilets
The security guard was sooo polite this morning! He said "Good morning!" before I even spoke and that was genuinely wonderdul! An excellent, sneaky public parking space opposite the most beautiful public artwork featuring local birdlife- as a Twitcher, this was delightful!
Ticketless automated carpark, regular security patrols and camera monitoring so your car is generally safe. Watch the wall-foam on the exit, Too many people scuff or rip it which is telling of #perthdrivers but otherwise one of the nicer paid parking facilities around perth, so long as you're on a week-day and within retail hours. Close to the Red CAT bus stop and some popular hay street items like cafes.
Excellent parking area. Number plate recognition. Must get there early as it fills up quickly. Secure site.
Their number paste recognition service doesn't seem to work with personalized plates. It really slows down entry and exit
Wide bays. Good security caged and surrounded by people in apartments watching. Just watch the wall on your way out.
Good carpark with plenty of space. It has auto entry so remember your number plate when leaving
Small and expensive parking. But that means there are often bays for late arrivals.
$15 a day is a bit steep as there is cheaper all day parking in the area. OK as a last resort.
