As much as I detest training, Steve made the sweat and hard work somehow seem fun! His friendly smile at the door each day made going a pleasure and his great company made the pain of training all the more bearable....LOL. Seriously, his unbelievable knowledge and experience in the fitness industry is why you know your in the greatest of hands. Trainers like Steve and far and few in this world of overrun PT's. You will not be disappointed....

Steven is an amazing trainer. He has a fun and warm personality and his passion for the fitness industry truly shows when doing a session with him. I have been training with Steven, twice a week, for the past 3 months and both my fitness level and overall health have improved considerably. Studio is well-equipped, clean and tidy and also air-conditioned. Steven keeps me inspired at each session and I even enjoy working out!! Highly recommended.

Steve makes me enjoy exercise. I have never really been someone into fitness, but a friend one day asked me to come along to a training session with Steve and I have not looked back since. His studio is awesome (I can even pick the radio station - super important) air conditioned and most important to me, private. I can work out in the comfort of privacy and get the most out of it without being concerned of who else is there. I used to be embarrassed about my fitness, but not anymore!! I recommend Steve to everyone!

Steve has been helping me train for 2 years now, and I couldn't ask for a better trainer. He keeps me motivated and helps me achieve the results I want. The studio is great, air-conditioning makes it perfect year round! He walked me through everything from diet, to additional exercises I could do at home. Highly Recommended!
