We’re up early with Group Fitness classes from 5:30am, so why not start the day strong with a freestyle cycle class or an athletic round of BodyAttack. The full range of Les Mills classes are on the timetable, plus yoga and Pilates, Zumba, and dedicated classes for kids.

We’re all about offering you the best facilities 24/7 including a ladies-only area, Functional Training Zone and a sauna and steam room to help you relax, unwind and detoxify.

Of course if you need guidance or motivation at any point we have a stable of personal trainers with specialties ranging from strength conditioning and weight loss to sports-specific training and competition prep.

To cap it off, we have a convenient child minding facility for those with their mini-me’s in tow.

I have been a loyal member at Goodlife Robina for over 8 years, and in that time, I've only seen one machine replaced... With so many new fitness clubs opening across the Gold Coast, it's easy to see why members are talking about looking elsewhere. Goodlife Robina have made some flooring and layout changes during the time I have been there, but the equipment remains super dated and old.nnGoodlife Robina, I genuinely feel loyalty to the gym, but it's time to invest in upgrading the equipment/machines to more modern and advanced machines. After 8 years, it's long overdue and it would go a long way in retaining the loyal members who want to stay but are seeking a better experience.nnFitness Cartel has just opened, and all their equipment is so modern and exciting to use as I have done an early trial there. It is time to strip all the old equipment and replace with the new!
I thought I would write a few words about Goodlife Robina, due to the fact it is such an important part of my life. Being retired, I need to maintain a fitness level which allows me to maximise my chances of not getting ill. Also being a veteran and having suffered a number of illnesses in my life, including PTSD, I have come to realise working out, in my case, is definately good for my mind and body.nnI am currently a member of Goodlife Robina and have been since its inception, I have a good knowledge of the staff, equipment and all it has to offer.nnThe amenities including the equipment are all up to a high standard. Above all it all comes down to the quality of the staff. Goodlife Robina have a plethora of very professional staff.nnThe group fitness staff are of a high standard, including Magda who I have known for over 15 years. Magda was born to be a group fitness leader/trainer, and has an outstanding persona and keeps everybody engaged. Keresh is another great personal trainer and fitness instructor.nnThere are also many great staff who work in administration and are always helpful and knowledgeable, including Stacey, Tanya and Jennell.nnThere are many great classes, including my favourite Arena.nnI also have the pleasure of knowing many of the members, and in particular the young guys are always very polite and friendly towards me.
I loved this gym & it’s facilities. The classes make this place feel super easy to get fit. The thing that lets this place down is that my friends membership has had continuous random little amounts taken out of her account during the week. My friend paid the gym on time during the week but the random amounts kept coming. She got anxious about this and had to cancel her membership. This type of stuff scares me and makes me not want to be apart of the Good Life Environment. Please let me know what was going on because I want to go there with her again. Thank you.
Have been attending the gym for the last few months. The reformer classes have been good. Staff have always been unwelcoming at the front reception and I asked for support on the floor in the weights area because I’m a new gym person. So I was told, no one helps you for free, and I have to buy two PT sessions to help me. The rude lady at the front then asked if I wanted a female or male trainer, I asked specifically for a female and was told someone will call me ASAP. I then waited a week. To then get missed calls and SMS from a male trainer… I then emailed the GL inquiry email and got a rude response, which I explained to them all I wanted was support on the gym floor, and why I was being called one week later and by a male trainer.. no apology not even addressed the issue, Tania emailed me only saying how I can get out of my membership and I’d get a refund for my PT I no longer wanted as I don’t feel comfortable or supported by GL. They have absolutely no customer service and only want your weekly payment for the gym. Disappointed in the service and not addressing the issues. Definitely cancelling my membership as all staff at the front desk don’t acknowledge or say hello. Always rude and makes you feel uncomfortable.
Ive recently joined Goodlife Robina, mainly as I was looking for affordable Reform Pilates classes. The moment I walked in I decided I was going to join. It's not big or busy and has a lovely light and airy atmosphere. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
