Just received a text message from this business saying i have an appointment tomorrow. i assumed it was a scam and left it. Curiosity got me so i goggle the business. I am extremely uncomfortable about how they got my full name and phone number when i have never once contacted them regarding an appointment.
Missed a phone appointment, rang back several times with no response. Was then suspended and told it was my fault for missing appointment never happened when they were peoples + always got a text the day before! and the reviews reflect this! Service has become non-existent This "company" is pathetic. The people working there know nothing about dealing with centerlink or any options to clients and most work they offer is contract work which only lasts 3 months, this way they can claim their bonus from the government and guarantee the person will sign up again when the work ends and the cycle continues!
Seriously the worst agency have ever been through. Staff repeatedly getting upset with me when they couldn't contact me, despite informing them of a change of my phone number multiple times. They are incredibly hard to get ahold of, I called over 40 times in one-day only ever getting the answering machine. They cut payments 3 times due to no contact but never have the decency to reply to my missed calls or even answer my calls. Don't recommend at all. I'm trying to change providers.
As a newcomer to People Plus, Ballarat, I've found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I was assigned to Katrina, whom I have found to be motivated to assist, in a pleasant, positive manner. Another consultant, Manny, also assisted me in a pleasant and efficient manner. The staff at Reception as busy as they are, always have time for a friendly greeting and are prompt to assist.

Couldn’t contact them over the phone never heard back no matter how many messages or voicemails I left on the system Every time I went to speak to reception there was never anyone there to help with any issues whenever the receptionist was there they were never any help and couldn’t even book an appointment in I’ve switched to another provider because of non stop issues with this place

Garbage service, don't get in contact when there is a problem and never call back after leaving messages. They are not there to help you.
The staff at Peopleplus are always helpful, very friendly, and understanding. They helped me get work shoes and driving lessons.
Nearly every pay day they cut me off not a good service
