STAY AWAY, DO NOT USE THIS “COMPANY” Shocking customer service. Hide behind screens and don’t pick up the phone to talk about the issues. Take money and don’t refund it. Make up stories about the process. Avoid answering questions. I did read the shocking reviews before I booked with them and I should have listened to them. But I gave them the benefit of doubt. I thought I’d give them a go. What a huge mistake. Please stay clear. Do not use them. Shocking shocking shocking.

Easy online booking system and communications always answered promptly. Great pricing for easy caravan rental. Will definitely book another van for next year! Thanks

Worst customer service I have ever had. Offered us $25 for a good review. Please think very wisely if you want to borrow anything from Pennywise.

Excellent Customer Service! The online booking service was pretty self explanatory. We hired a caravan for a week away, they dropped it off and collected it after we had finished with it. I will be using their services again and I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends!

Booked a small car for a couple of weeks as mine was being repaired. They were close so thought I'd give them a try. I got a really good deal for the small price I paid. Neat little car better then I expected. Thanks Pennywise :)
