An urgent need grasped me, time was short, convolution shrouded me with its dark cloak, a frigid wind cut its way through all before it. The tube was narrow, metal and thrust mercilessly through the bitter air by gallons of hydrocarbon rich liquids. The atmosphere was thin, unbreathable, our survival depended entirely on the maintained pressure. The bag waiting over I found the AVIS office, calmness had returned to the world, helpful friendly staff, vehicle availability, levy and a user friendly interface between reality and the ones and zeros world had made the reservation process uncomplicated and almost enjoyable. The outcome exemplary by any standard.

Be very careful with your credit cards here. Dodgy and illegal credit card charges. Have made a financial complaint to the ACCC and CBS. No legal contract but funds taken from a card. Manager never returned my call. BEST TO AVOID AVIS AND USE A MORE TRUSTWORTHY CAR RENTAL.

Polite and friendly staff at the Customer Service counter. I booked a Mitsubishi Pajero and was supplied a Toyota Landcruiser. It didn't matter as I just wanted a large vehicle. With only 12,500 km on the speedo it was in excellent condition. I booked online through Qantas to earn extra points.  Don't forget to fill the fuel tank before you return a vehicle as it can be quite costly. There is a fuel station next to the roundabout by the Airport Terminal drive thru.

Easy to book in.  Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions.  Fast process.  Car was excellent.  On other end, easy to book out.  Again, staff were super fast, friendly and helpful.

The staff here were awesome, I had to change a damaged car over and the staff here were understanding.

Abby is a rockstar!!  I had issues when I arrived with my companies payment not going through initially so they had to take my credit card as a precaution and I was advised it wouldn’t be charged until i returned the car and only if my companies payment had still not come through. The payment somehow still didn’t come through and my credit card was charged. Abby chased up the details and corrected all the charges. Her customer service was amazing.

Smooth pick up and drop off experience. Much faster than I had anticipated, and no fuss!

As a regular user of Avis for work Company covers all the cost, so can't comment on pricing I have found they are easy to deal with.  Pickup has always been quick when I arrive at the airport. Never had an issue so far with drop off. Staff at this site are friendly and efficient, and that's all I can ask for.

Staff were mostly helpful - the lady who I rented the car from was a little short, but the lady who I returned the car to was very cheery. New i30 was clean and in good condition, and the rental price was very reasonable. Overall a seamless experience.
