Have hired through Complete Ute and Van Hire 3 times now... most recently to go and rescue my caravan from QLD. The cars are always excellently prepared and the customer service from the staff is exceptional. No issues, misunderstandings, etc - just good solid reliable friendly customer service. Thanks for making experiences like this easy and keep up the good work!!!
Awesome help from Rob & the team. They made it super easy from the point of booking and throughout. Provided friendly guidance and were flexible in accommodating special requests as well. We brought the Hilux along with us on a 4WD & fishing trip and the car was perfect. Will be booking again for sure.
Service was quick and easy. Vehicles were spotless and ran A1. The guys behind the counter were all friendly and really helpful. Cannot recommend my experience enough.
What an amazing company to deal with. From the moment we made our first enquiry, they couldn’t have been more helpful. On arrival to pick up our Landcruiser for our outback adventure, we had the most warmest of welcoms. Provided plenty of tips for our travel and how to also get the most from our vehicle. On our return, they even offered to drive us to the airport. Thanks again for helping to make our trip to Coober Pedy such a great one.

These guys are excellent. Darren and his crew were so helpful we even took the vehicle back early because our plans changed and without even asking they refunded some of the rental. Vehicles are top notch.
Used Complete a few times for work purposes and they are very professional and friendly. Organise drop offs and pickups. Vehicles are clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service and team at Complete. Keep it up.
I've hired an 8 seater van and a 12 seater bus from here. Both vehicles were well maintained. The customer service from start to end has always been easy & professional. Their willingness to go above & beyond is well noted and appreciated. I highly recommend this company & when it comes to vehicle hire they will always be my first choice. This van and Ute hire company are awesome. We hired from them a 8 seater van to tour around flinders ranges and wine regions. They could not have been more helpful during pick up with heaps of good advice. Van was in great condition and suited our needs perfectly. Upon return we were mucked about by our airline with cancellations and a much earlier flight which was out of hours for complete Ute and van hire. We contacted them and they organised for someone to get in earlier to meet us. To then really reflect that they put customer first I discovered when I returned home that I had lost my sunglasses. I thought I may have left them in the van. I contacted them asking if they could check, 30 minutes later they called me back letting me know they found them and would send them back to me in Brisbane for no extra cost. Great company….
