Communication could be improved upon. It took a good ten minutes of trying to pay and the assistance of two other members of the public to give up and take a chance that the message 'Extended parking not required' was an indication that there was nothing to pay. If there was no charge, why couldn't it say so?
Location to hospital is great, only try it early morning or late afternoon during the week due to lack of parks. Weekends it is great anytime.
Coild be a much easier to drive carpark if the entrance and exit lane are separated. Too busy, too narrow, much caution needed.
Got charged twice with my credit card for the same amount and now I have to take proof into them. Be careful when using this carpark
Always packed during the day - Can never find a decent carpark, a Carpark should be set in decent rows for certain vehicles. #1 - Disability #2 - Parents & so on.... Most the time, I feel I waste my time going to Hospital, especially because you have to pay there, staff are useless there, always having to tell them how to do their job and what the problem is.
Always full I guess from ED. Ramos going up the levels are super tight to turn from and are dangerous
Lots of parking. Only once I couldnt get parking but realised their was emergency parking across the street outside emergency walk in area so I parked their while I took my daughter into emergency part of the hospital. No valet service which is a shame, hand your car and keys to a driver to park the car. Have to be aware where you park, like level 1 and their is a level 1b. Need to take your ticket to pay before driving out. 1st time it was a bit of a mystery how to get to the car from where I paid for the ticket as I got confused by the elevator and stairs. Some people walk from the entrance where they park the cark up the hill and don't go through the elevator or take the stairs. So figuring out where to pay before driving off is a changelle. Might be useful to have a bit of colour of the different levels on the poles. Some people remember colour more than the numbers. Some people take a photos on their cell phones where they parked.
Handy parking for the hospital. Reasonably affordable.
Good carpark. Opposite Waikato hospital and not over priced like most some hospital parking Auckland
Plenty of parking, easy to walk to wherever Yr going like the Stroke unit. Considerably cheap for a couple of hours.
