My experience with Pegasus Car Rentals Dunedin Airport was excellent from when I booked online right through to when I returned the car. Completed entirely online with very clear instructions sent to me. Rental agreement emailed to me a week before car pickup date which I signed online. Car was waiting for me at the airport so I didn't have to stand in a queue. Drop off once again so easy as after locking car keys are dropped into a drop box right by where the car is parked. I 100% recommend to use Pegasus Car Rental Dunedin Airport. I will certainly be using them for all my future travelling requirements. Very impressed
My dealings with the Dunedin Team of Pegasus Car Rentals was brilliant, especially when the weather played havoc, and I needed to rebook flights. They were super helpful, and picking/dropping off the car was a breeze. Only issue I had was the car, as found it did not have enough pep to go up the steep streets in Dunedin.
The pick up and drop off process was easy and quick. It was much better than filling out forms and waiting at a counter like other rental companies. The car was spotless and very comfortable . would certainly use Pegasus Dunedin again.
Renting a car on line is a very straightforward process. Picking the car up and returning it to the Dunedin airport carpark is also a very straight foreword process. The car was in excellent condition and very good value for money. We are happy to recommend this rental car company to anyone that wants a less expensive rental car than that provided by the bigger companies. Tony
I am sorry I was so disappointed with Pegasus this time round. As a semi regular user I have in the past sung there praises and pointed folks to them, but I will no longer do so There was no instructions for the key - I worked it out myself, the drivers side window does not work properly and I had to call 0800 number, the car pulled dreadfully to the left, the petrol tank ran under full within 5kms, over the weekend I only drove 150kms and almost had a half tank of gas to fill. Pegasus cars used to be competitively priced but they have priced themselves out of the market for an extra $20 I could have had a reputable firms car.
Very smooth and easy service, pick up and drop off was seamless and the car was in perfect condition. Excellent price point. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.
If I could give 10 stars I would. This is an exeptional service. I incorrectly booked a day and early and the car was there ready to go with no problems at all. All forms online makes it so easy to take keys and go. Good value too. Highly recommended!
