Have used NZ Rent a Car twice now and the excellent service from Craig never fails.  First time the car was delivered to where I was staying and drop off at the Dunedin Airport was no problem.   Second time, Craig met me at the Airport with the car.  The Cars are very clean and tidy and are well serviced.   I would highly recommend NZ Rent a Car to anyone who requires a vehicle while visiting Dunedin. Excellent Customer Service.

The overall experience with NZ Rent a Car Dunedin was first class. From the arrival at Dunedin Airport where the local Franchise owner ( Craig) meet us  with a friendly smile, through to the completion of the necessary paper work, the use of a suitable sized rental car and the ultimate return of the car to Dunedin airport. Everything was first class, and I would recommend this firm to any traveller to Dunedin and the wider Otago region. Well done NZ Rent a Car.

I'd just like to say a BIG thankyou to the staff of New Zealand Rent A Car in Dunedin for their very friendly & efficient service earlier this week when I had to make a last minute change to my booking because of an
airline flight change. In spite of the disruption your staff on the phone &
at the airport were really helpful & friendly.
Your vehicle was in top order and your rates are competitive.
Well done you guys - will definitely recommend your Company to my
staff next time they're down south.

Excellent service and car!

My family came over to NZ for a visit and I decided to bring them to South Island to see all the amazing towns and cities down south. I looked for a cheaper car rental company and New Zealand Rent A Car was the cheapest that I found. I immediately booked the car online. When we arrived in the airport, Craig was alreadt waiting for us. We were all surprised when Craig opened the car and handed the key to me. The Toyota Estima that we rented was clean and spacious. It is quite new with a low mileage. Our trip went smooth and we never had any problems with the car. Booking the car had been hassle-free and my family were happy with the car that was lend to us.

Craig is so friendly and helpful. Awesome customer service and incredibly reliable. So flexible with times and even dropped off the rental at home for us. Would definitely recommend.
