Great service - pure joy to work with. The car was just as expected, in perfect condition & order. The "non-manned" pick up & drop off at Dunedin Airport worked extremely well. The car itself never missed a beat!! The price was excellent, the service & product even better, totally hassle-free. I highly, highly recommend RaD Car Hire Dunedin!!
Really easy contactless pickup and drop off right beside the airport terminal. We had the cheapest car style available and it was great - clean, drove well, awesome on gas. Luckily we'd brought along our own FM transmitter for music as there didn't seem to be any way to connect a phone, but if that's the only improvement to be made then there's no complaints here at all! Great service overall, we will definitely use RaD again.
Five stars for an affordable rental company. Cars are clean and while obviously second hand imports, if all you want is around town transport, their smaller cars are ideal. Also all booking done online with the paperwork sent to you to be signed online easy, so no need to call into an office to complete this. A great time saver.
Amazing experience, clean and well groomed cars, very simple and clear pickup/drop-off instructions. Had no issues at all, and being affordable and just by the airport were huge pluses. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Looking forward to using RaD again.
From the booking ,to the pick up at the Airport we had lots of contact from RaD Car Hire which made everything easy. The Car we hired was in good condition, and we enjoyed our drive. We would recommend RaD Car Hire and will be using them again on our next trip.
Terrible company to rent car from. If you have to, read the terms and conditions carefully. Otherwise, will be ripped off once you give credit card details, they will charge you without letting you know!. From the owner's reply, 1 it's a classic example on what a company to deal with "not our fault". 2 It's all sweet if you charge my credit card, but would it be a courtesy to inform before the charge?! Anyway, I have the rights for speaking up the fact, and let other people experience and decide. Have a lovely day!
Very happy with the car, and the service. The older gentleman my age couldn,t have been more helpful. I didn,t return the car when I said I would due to a flight change and me forgetting to let them know. They rang to see why and were very understanding and helpful. I will definitely use this company again.

The car was left at the airport for us with the keys in a locked box. So simple. No queues. The car was clean and comfortable. No problems whatsoever. Thanks for helping make our holiday wonderful.
