Definitely a great range in stores but agree with previous comments that staff need to work on better service. Standing looking at a product for 10 minutes while 3 staff were having a pointless conversation nearby is not ideal. BEWARE!!! They don’t honour their PB Best Price Guarantee which is on their Terms & Conditions. With the exact same product that was not on sale from a local store they would not match or even come close to matching. Disappointing.

I appreciate the wide range of items they sell in the store. HOWEVER, their customer service is appalling. I have emailed their Customer Service Team Leader twice in the last 3 weeks. There has been no reply from him yet. The item I bought from them had a hardware fault. I have already taken it back to the store for warranty. I need to discuss this further as they don't seem to know how to fix this issue. Be honest with your customer and take actions accordingly!

Many times I go to check out some products that I'm considering buying, but they don't have them on display. "That's too expensive to have on display", the young lady replied when I asked about Pixel 2. Well, it's more expensive the sales opportunities you're losing because of this poor retail practice. The shop is a bit too overwhelming and needs better lighting for a more convenient shopping experience. Merchandising expertise is seriously needed.

These guys are great. Service dept is excellent. Purchased from them for years. Never had a bad experience.

I like this place. I could spend a fortune. Good variety of new pcs and refurbs. All sorts of cables and components for those that build their own rigs. Seems like a lot of staff and is always busy. Just enough parking as it looks full but there is roadside as well.
