Attempted to buy a new laptop online, card declined numerous times which I found suspicious but could just be benign so I decided to buy in-store instead. Paid for the laptop only to return home seeing that the packing sticker had been cut open already then replaced with a sticker from a cheap label printer and packing tape, all the plastic covers on the laptop were already removed, as well as fingerprints all over it including a greasy thumb print solidified to one of the corners of the laptop. It was not marked ex-demo nor clearance nor refurbished, it was sold under the guise that it was factory new.nnNever shopping with PB tech again. Cashier was pleasant though I guess.

I bout ear phone , they did not have enough images of it so I can see what kind of shape it has. He said he is sure it was like the picture I showed him, but when I opened it it was not. The earphone also was keep disconnecting , so hope they allow me to change it or refund.nMy point is it is very helpful if they could open the package or had a sample or enough pictures for customers to view what they are purchasing.

Went yesterday to the Black Friday sale and Spoke with both Andy and Brian. They both were extremely helpful in finding the Apple and Samsung watches I needed and a few other items and sorted everything I needed quickly and efficiently, despite it being absolutely busy and stressful. The both acted with professionalism and were pleasant to deal with. 10/10 for service!

Thanks for turning me into my grumpy parents, PB Tech. Went into the Hamilton branch to pick up a web order, and started by giving the rep the order number from my phone, and my DL. At this point he started up a conversation with the rep on the till next to him, and with her enthusiastic responses he managed to say zero, nil, nothing, not a single word to me throughout our whole interaction. Not even a 'thanks for spending here', 'have a good day', or even a 'cheers' to close with. It was just weird man. First time I've ever just picked up my stuff from the counter and legged it, something my grandmother would have done. Hopefully the dude just missed his Customer Service 101 course and it was just a one off. I love PB Tech.

It was even the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The checkout lady had no greetings, no thanks, and could even be interpreted as rude. She sat there like a puppet wearing a mask and couldn't hear any answer several times. If you don't want anyone to come to your store, why did you open the door and let people in? I don't usually leave bad comments, but this one is really rude. Is she a racist or something? Unbelievable! You need to know what customer service is, and you need to train your employees to know what customer service is! If an employee can't even make the most basic speech heard by your customers, I think she is useless. If possible, I will give sporadic apologies to the lady who checked out today.
