Great selection for 3d printing. Bought a Bambi X1c. Loads of filaments available.
Driven by supreme incompetent staff. They don't know how to deal with customers, don't know about tech, don't know about gadgets, don't know how to advise.nIs easier for me to go online prepare my questions and go to any auckland or tauranga pbtech. So sad is like this. I will point to specific examples.nI went to find out about phone cases. I spoke to one staff who was in a hurry to go to his smoko and walked out. Another one was just bothered that i was asking him.nThe security guard checked my bag which is a tiny bag and obviously is doing his job of racial profiling as I am not white and look middle eastern. Little did the staff know that I spent over 3000 NZD in an online order.nThanks for helping me realise I should not go back to that store and order online
Some of the worst and most disorganised customer experience you’ll ever experience. Almost all products are behind locked glass so you always need staff, but theyre always running around or talking to people already often for 20-30 minutes. No system, no way to get help. If you ask the checkout they’ll just say to ask other staff.nnIt’s actually amazing how bad it is. Just order online or shop somewhere else.
Every time I come here there's no stock. Must be struggling to pay the bills. Waste of my time. The guy with bad teeth, glasses and poor vision didn't even say they'll get it down for me
Attempted to buy a new laptop online, card declined numerous times which I found suspicious but could just be benign so I decided to buy in-store instead. Paid for the laptop only to return home seeing that the packing sticker had been cut open already then replaced with a sticker from a cheap label printer and packing tape, all the plastic covers on the laptop were already removed, as well as fingerprints all over it including a greasy thumb print solidified to one of the corners of the laptop. It was not marked ex-demo nor clearance nor refurbished, it was sold under the guise that it was factory new.nnNever shopping with PB tech again. Cashier was pleasant though I guess.
