This is the second time we have purchased furniture from Paulas. We came back because the first time we received excellent online customer service communication and liked their style of furniture. We received the same excellent service this time. We had a long extended wait for our piece of furniture out of their control but they kept in contact with us and always replied promptly to our emails. We are very happy with the quality of furniture too.
Awesome staff service, really go the extra mile. Product is fantastic, top quality. We really struggled to find what we were looking for elsewhere at the right price, but this store nailed it with the massive range they stock. Highly recommend and we will certainly be back.
Highly recommended. Great service from every person we dealt with at Paula’s. They managed to supply the exact the product we were after, it arrived earlier than expected which we were happy about, given the often long delivery times these days, and were even slightly cheaper than a competitor who we gave up on. Not only that, but they were grateful for our custom, and thanked us for the purchase.
Caroline was super helpful on chat when I was looking for product and when I ran into issues with the checkout page. Very quick to respond and very friendly over both email and chat. Items arrived well-packed, came together really easily with some elbow grease and they look beautiful and feel sturdy Radius dining table and chairs. Overall really happy with the assistance and product - only thing I would improve is communication/updates after purchase, but even then, responses to inquiries for updates were quick too. Would definitely buy from Paula's again.
I ordered bar stools online. There was a delay due to supplier however I received regular updates which was great. Unfortunately they arrived in damaged condition, all 3! This again, was a supplier issue as they were poorly packaged/protected. Paula's Home & Living sorted this straight away, keeping me well informed throughout the process of arranging replacements. The next order arrived well packaged by the supplier and undamaged, yay! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service from a distance. Exemplary! Love my Fuji bar stools!
I had a great experience buying Avalon Bedside table from Paula H&L. The bedside table arrived within the timetable, and assembled, which was already a good surprise! It was well package and protected from damage. I love the look of Avalon bedside table. I was happy to see that after receiving it, I got an email asking if the product had arrived safely, which shows great customer service. Will definitely buy again from Paula’s H&L
Great experience, had already narrowed down the bed selection we were after, but just wanted to see before we purchased. Literally walked into the store, greeted quickly, said what we wanted to see, and then, yep we’ll take it, pay and away we went. Delivery team were also great, quickly getting the bed located and attached correctly. Great all-round experience.
Hello Paulas Home & Living. Once again you have exceeded our expectations having purchased a number of items from you. The latest a new S-King bed. The delivery was on due date however the bed was not the right size and instantly the problem was solved with the correct sized one being delivered less than a week later. Now we take some responsibility for this by not checking the invoice correctly. We are absolutely stoked at the service, follow up, delivery and installing of said bed. Visited Paulas last week and purchased some occasional tables. Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for quality items at a reasonable local price then Paulas is the place to check out first. Will definitely go back when the need arises.
