I was shocked by the poor customer service, abrupt and rude employee serving customers on Sun 25/02 18 at 2pm. Would not go back after my experience and observing the employee being rude to other customers.

I have lived in cammeray 20 years and I would give this place zero stars if I could. Short brunette older woman who I presume is the manager is incredibly rude to staff and customers, no basic manners I have never met someone as vile. Food is stale and over priced for what it is, I strongly recommend going to Simone Logue across the plaza or the maggios bakery down the road for good quality food and friendly staff. Don't waste your money

it's a patisserie, on the pricey side of things.
Cakes and what not are good but $7 for a chicken vegetable pie is quite steep (free tomato sauce though)

I bought a chocolate mudcake for a birthday. The cake was inedible - very sour tasting. I returned the cake the next day but Pattisons would not refund my $49. All they offered was a credit. I've taken it up with Fair Trading.
