Coffee cup had lipstick marks, when I told the manager, he didn't offer an apology and just replaced the coffee as it was the most normal situation. Coffee is good and ambient relaxed though.

Service in Westfield is horrible.Quantaty of food for healthy breakfast option is different in Westfield and Chatswood Chase.In Chatswood chase healthy breakfast is a bit bigger than in Westfield which is weird (for the same price). Filo pastry with sweet potato and cranberries is ridiculously overpriced!!!!$15!!!is it a joke?!!!

Be aware! Myself have been a loyal Entertainment book member for Cancer Council for many years and few days ago had brunch with a friend at Shingle Inn Westfield Chatswood. I handed over my mobile phone to the male staff (possibly owner?) to ask if the Entertainment book coffee voucher can be used but to find out my meal comes with a hot drink anyways - so didn't use it. The staff had a play with the mobile screen before handing my mobile back. Today I found out the voucher was redeemed!! No big deal with a coffee, absolutely disgusting stealing a voucher that your customer had purchased supporting a charity!

Nice cosy cafe located in Chatswood Westfield. I enjoy spending time here. They make great desserts especially the lemon tart. They have a good range of salads as well. Staff are quite efficient and there are plenty of comfortable seating.
