LOVE my engagement ring! A BIG thank you to Brett for walking us through the process and helping us design the ring. Brett's service was exceptional, he was patient with us understanding it was a big decision, explained the 4C's, and sourced multiple diamonds for us to compare and chose the best one for us. 7 months later, I still look at my ring in owe and often have ladies stop me to comment on how beautiful the ring is. I couldn't be happier and cannot wait to add the wedding band which Paton's Place also made. Thank you again xx

Always have such a wonderful experience shopping here. Whether I’m spending $20 or $200, always given exceptional service and never rushed. I love the fact that Elizabeth is genuinely happy to see my mother and I, remembers our names and the events going on in our lives. Highly recommend Paton’s and rarely shop elsewhere!

Such a great place to shop for jewellery for yourself and your loved ones! The staff are always leaning a hand whenever I have trouble deciding on what to get and they provide great customer service. They have a fantastic rewards system as well! Definitely will recommend my family and friends to shop at Paton's Place!

I needed a wedding band repaired after having it cut off a swollen finger by someone else. The advice and assistance provided by Paton's was excellent. The result was brilliant, all in good time and price. Thank you.
