Pastuso Restaurant:

Modern Peruvian Grill, Cevicheria and Pisco bar taking you on an exciting journey of discovery through the coast, Andes and the jungle of Peru’s beautiful food and culture.

The Coast
is demonstrated at the ceviche bar through fresh delicate dishes from the ocean.

The Andes
is expressed through the grill and roasting heart of the kitchen where traditional methods and flavours are embraced.

The Jungle
is represented in our Pisco bar where it all comes together with exotic fruits showing a lustful burst of energy and excitement through all the different expressions of Pisco and a supporting Latin inspired drinks menu.

The food was astounding, the service was excellent. I can't recommend this place enough. Did the Ultimate Experience menu, and my oh my was I blown away. Every mouthful was a celebration on the palette.

Amazing food, our waiter was friendly and attentive as were all the staff. The food was explained to us and we could mix up the menu without an issue. gluten-intolerance was also catered for. We have eaten here many times and will again.

It was like experiencing a hidden gem from South America. I loved it, the flavours, the service, everything. I'm definitely coming back.

Wow! Fun and relaxed atmosphere, sublime Peruvian eats and drinks, lovely, affable staff without that air of panic so familiar to Melbourne establishments. An absolute stand out 

Very nice place to have lunch and dinner with friends and family! Authentic Peruvian delicacies. Cosy environment, helpful stuffs...most importantly, great food! Tried the $90 set menu option...great food! Highly recommended! 

This was the post COVID-19 visit with the set menu option that they offered. We have been to Pastuso before and where very happy with it and still a great place for great Peruvian fine dining even when affected by restrictions. Don’t forget to order drinks, they are awesome with those as well!

Amazing restaurant and service! Came here with my girlfriend and we got a free desert! Also who doesn't love pisco sours?

Love this place. Partner spent time in Peru and was thrilled with the way they did the modern take on Peruvian staples and flavours.

It was completely delicious, and the waitresse are pretty kind! I love the food it tasted fantastic
