Would definitely NOT recommend for a kids party. Total rip off and the inclusions that are meant to be provided were missing and even after asking multiple times we never got what we fully paid for. Poor management that just don’t care. Don’t waste your time.
Good play space but.....not cleaned well enough. Floors were not vacuumed, pneumatic toys didn't work and food and rubbish from a previous birthday was left lying around 24 hours later. Greater attention to the basics would make this a much better place.
Great place to play so much fun!! Only really disgusting dirty toilets and smelly a real shame they are not cleaned well throughout the whole day!! I got gastro last I used their toilets because of the bad hygiene!! Also shame the vending machine was out of order. Would also be great if their parties offered to Cater food.
Great multilevel play space. Friendly space for toddlers and kids. Everyone had a ball. Fantastic family outing.
Dirty facilities, our party missed out on things we had paid for and generally unorganised. Would not recommend.
$7 per kid over 2yo. Great playground, clean bathrooms, access to kitchen.
Hi this place was amazing my little one couldnt get enough sadly the airgun machines were not functioning properly if not at all. Unfortunately the place reeked of urine all through the equipment id suggest it getting a deep clean. Other then that it was fun and will be coming back soon.
Always fun to come here !!! Update sadly they don't repair the air guns/ball machine break... And a fair few holes in the nets
Our kids had a great time
Huge, lots of different areas, not crowded. Slightly awkward following the driving directions around to the play area, parking and unpacking the kids, only to find a sign saying to go back to the reception building to buy the tickets.
