Excellent place to stay in Wangaratta. Owners very friendly, especially Millie the receptionist cat. Rooms clean, spacious, and reasonably quiet considering the location on the main road. Nice view of the park. Short walk into town, plenty of parking.
Five stars alone for Millie the cat.nNice cosy room, small but you pay for what you get.nWe had issues with the front door locking, but the owner was able to resolve it quickly and efficiently.nWould definitely stay here again, especially for Millie.
Stayed here overnight recently on route to Tasmania. We enjoyed our stay, modern amenities, ability to log into kayo, Netflix etc with your own accounts on a modern tv. Bed and bedding was luxurious and well above standard for a country motel. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!!
Great motel with clean room and the little attentions that make a difference: the managers put the heater on before we arrived as it was a late check-in, and there was a makeup remover cloth as part of the bathroom amenities.
Stayed in family deluxe room with 2 singles and 1 queen. Compact, comfortable and well appointed- great for our 1 night stay. Bathroom is a wet room design with lots of hooks. Provided cutlery, china and complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. Friendly service. Small pool & pool towels were a bonus. Room had nice view of park. Took off 1 star as we were woken by staff speaking/working outside our room we were opposite the laundry but it wasn't too early ~8:30 and is to be expected in a motel. Would stay again.
