Very clean and tidy hotel in a quite area. Close to Darling Harbor only 10 minutes walk. Convenience store is around the corner. Breakfast is amazing with a decent authentic coffee served there. Rooms are spacious and beds were super comfortable. Checking in/out was a breeze

I’m staying here for hotel quarantine and the staff have gone above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and happy. The rooms are lovely and it’s in a great central location if you’re not in quarantine haha and the team here is just so wonderful. Can’t recommend it enough.
Beautiful place and very close to darling harbour you can walk to the other side of the darling harbour to see beautiful shops and casino and good places to eat lunch dinner or ice cream.
My parents recently quarantined here recently and the staff were so helpful every time I called from Melbourne. They were caring and informative and not dismissive. Thank you keep up the great work.
Purpose built hotel having a lot of rooms. Eight floors for guest rooms and one exclusive for restaurant and other facilites. Open to sky with a glass at the top to avoid rain water to come inside. Daylight harvesting. And it's just 4 min walk from Townhall station.
They are using this as a Covid hotel What a Dump there was still fescues in toilet Hotel staff are rude and un helpful
