room grotty. bar fridge frosted up so couldnt cool anything and concierge not very helpful. room rundown and just grotty. bed wasnt even made properly. lift call buttons broken on our floor could only get out using firestairs. never again

Exceeded my expectations. Great location, friendly staff and lovely rooms. The Executive rooms are huge and well appointed with a big balcony. Loved being downtown with easy access to everything.

Conveniently located in the heart of Chinatown next to all the asian restaurants and very closeby to the city. Prices were reasonable for the rooms you are getting. Very spacious. Only problem was that the rooms may be a little old and dim litted but I can understand the interior they are going for.

Right by Chinatown, if you're on the lower levels can be alittle noisy. Beds could do with an upgrade. Rooms clean and large.
