Staff were pleasant and helpful. Had no problems getting to and from the airport both very early in the morning and from the midnight flight.

Just excellent. We left our 4WD and caravan with Park 'N' Fly for three weeks. Helpful, professional, friendly service from start to finish. Have absolutely no hesitation recommending to others.

booked online, had to cancel, charged a cancellation fee. Called the number, lady on the phone said it wasn't her problem as another company charged me (not them)...palmed me off, said she'd 'text' me the number I had to call (not her problem) but I never received the number. Definitely regret booking this service and paying for nothing but a chat with an unfriendly human being.

Had no trouble booking, transfers were immediate. 
alot cheaper than the airport, happy enough with the service and staff.

Based on the last  5 star reviews this pathetic excuse for a business has been given I wonder if its changed hands, or the owners have picked up their socks or the review are false. I was abused and yelled at by a completely irrational woman the whole way to Cairns airport about 6 months ago, to the point of tears!!! She was truly insane. Unless its genuinely changed DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
