Was sent via 1 of their customers to repair a windscreen and was told to do it on the main road where I could be killed. Reversed one of their cars to under cover where my daughter was cleaning the new screen. Very bad service and very bad professionalism.
We have unfortunately had a number of interactions with the owner of this business and seen not only how badly he treats his staff but even more so his customers. He is aggressive, abusive, threatening and combative. Do yourself a favour and avoid Betta Airport Parking at all costs. He treats customers with disdain and constantly complains how he doesn’t make enough money out of the “scumbag” customers. Then when questioned about this attitude told us to never come there again and threatened us with physical violence.
We wanted to park our van at a safe location while we were on a boating trip for a few days. We booked the van as an oversized vehicle and as stated on their website the vehicle could be parked as it was under 3m in height. Our van is 2.9m and was booked as an oversized van. When arrived at the parking lot they refused to park our van because they found the van too tall, however its dimensions were fit to the description on the website. The staff was very rude and not helpfull at all, and we had a scheduled pickup within 30 minutes of the refusal to park our van. All the staff said, was that the van would be forcibly removed and towed. With a trip booked and no safe place to park our van and with an extremely rude staff member, our experience with this company has been very poor. I would not recommend using this carpark. Find another one.
We hired a car from them. They give personalized service, and good value. I would certainly recommend checking them out. Efficient transfer to Cairns airport
Excellent service. Highly recommend. I booked this service for my daughter - booking was easy & straightforward. My daughter was very impressed with both drop off and collection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy transfer from airport to her vehicle. We were very appreciative when my daughter's car had a flat battery and they jump started it for her. I am very impressed with everything. Will be using this service again in the future. Good value also.

Excellent company, flight was cancelled due to unforseen circumstances and the parking money was transferred straight back into account.
Very good, relatively cheap, handy to airport, shuttle service to airport once you drop off car, friendly no fuss staff, car washed and ready to pick up. Will be utilizing them over the coming years
Great place to leave the car compared to what's around it's cheaper and the service is better than the airport Carpark itself
