The best nail shop I've been to! The ladies are lovely and very welcoming. The owner did my nails and she was very passionate about her work. Great prices too! Definitely going back Again!

I’m shocked. Was calling for about 30 mins no answer. Decided to just go in. I get there and there is only one girl there who tells me she’s not allowed to do gel nail polish. I asked her what she could do ... she said she could only do pedicure but she wasn’t allowed to do finger nails ... not even normal nail polish... I then asked her why they’re open, she said because she’s only there to take bookings for the girl who can do them who doesn’t get back from church till after 11. This also doesn’t make sense because no on  picked up the phone ONCE when I was calling trying to book. You can’t leave someone in charge who isn’t allowed to do anything. What’s the point of opening at 9 if the main person doesn’t get there till after 11!!??? Absolutely shocking and I felt really sorry for the girl that was left there on her own. Really disappointed. I will not be coming back.

I was given a voucher for a foot spa, pedicure and manicure - I was hesitant about going for gel nails as I had previously had a terrible experience at a nail bar in Albany Mall, however the girls assured me they would look after my nails and the result was beautiful - I will be back again. The ladies were just lovely.

Had such a lovely morning with a good friend and coffee whilst having a pedicure. So well pampered and left with sparkly Xmas toes. Thanks Tui we will be back

I've never been disappointed leaving this nail spa! Awesome staff and quality of work. Especially the chrome nails!!! They are amazing, would highly recommend!
