I popped in a couple of weeks back just to get some info on a bike i'm keen to buy. The gentleman that helped me tom I think?? was very friendly, professional and helpful. I've also had heavier and uglier bikes. I was a bit amazed by the terrible review i read so I'm putting it out there that I really liked the service i received...and the bikes!
Ridiculously heavy bikes. These guys also don't understand the word 'SERVICE' they live a dreamworld of the 20th century when you can be rude to your customers which seems to be standard with a lot of the staff at papillionaire, I would never recommend this to bike to anyone not just because of the service but because it weighs a ton and if your skinny guy like me good luck carting this ugly thing around.
Beautiful tidy shop. They have good bikes at competitive prices, and you can rely on them for after sale care and service.
